Ensuring the Health and Safety of our people is highest priority of our group.
“Seabridge Terminals Private Limited” management and workers aims to remove or reduce the risks to the Health, Safety & Environment and welfare of all Employees, workers, contractors and visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our business operations.
“Seabridge Terminals Private Limited” Health ,Safety & Environment objectives are to ensure that we :
- Provide a safe working environment including terminal facility, tanks and equipments.
- Encouraging a Safe System of Work by inculcating a safety culture, through open ideas, innovation, collaboration to identify and control safety risk.
- Encourage management responsibilities and accountabilities toward the maintenance of safety culture though safety leadership.
- Promote a uniform, consistent and integrated approach to Health, Safety & Environment across business.
We will achieve this by –
- Compliance with legislation, regulation and code of practices relating to health and safety.
- Identification, assessment and elimination or effectives management of health and safety risk.
- Encouraging engagement and collaboration in the development and improvement of health, safety and environment management system.
- Providing clear, effective and relevant communication in respect of health and safety to all person associated with operation across the business .
- Providing adequate, training, supervision to enable all employees to perform their duty safety.
- Subjecting the health, safety and environment management system to continuous improvement through review, incident investigation, audit and analysis.
Ensuring responsibility and accountability for safety performance through effective performance indicator and reporting system. - Ensuring all equipment, including personnel protective equipment, is available, safe and suitable.
We all have the accountability and responsibility to :
- Follow safety work practices, procedure, instruction and Rules.
- Work in a manner which ensure our health and safety of others. Encourage other employees to work in a healthy and safe manner Actively Participate in training.
- Report or rectify any unsafe condition and practices that comes to our attention.
